Job Summary
Job Description
The primary focus of this role is to support ecommerce analysis and optimization efforts and apply web analytics to help drive business growth. Work with teams to setup, build, monitor, analyze and report KPIs, translating business requirements into the appropriate analytics solution. Integrate Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics into all Medline web and mobile platforms. Identify data patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
ResponsibilitiesImplement and support DTM (and/or GTM) across all existing platforms, converting existing s_code tracking to DTM rules.Analyze and communicate the effectiveness of all Medline sites catalog/content pages, email, PR campaigns, site changes, and marketing initiatives to key stakeholders.Lead analytic efforts focused on attribution modeling, A/B and multivariate testing, heat maps, lead tracking,etc.Perform in-depth analysis of digital ecommerce and marketing efforts from a variety of data sources (web analytics, SAP, etc.) and provide actionable insights on findings.Produce and distribute recurring reporting and ad-hoc analyses.Create and manage analytic dashboards to measure success for business and marketing key performance indicators.Participate in website design, usability and campaign tracking discussions to ensure that analytic tagging is developed appropriately.Education
Bachelor's Degree.Work Experience
At least 2 years in digital or social media strategy, analytics, conversion optimization.Experience applying knowledge of SQL for performing data analysis and performance tuning. Experience demonstrating basic knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects WEBi, Composite, Crystal, etc.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficient in MS Word and Access.Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Marketing, Computer Science, Media Sciences.At least 2 years of Adobe Analytics DTM, end to end implementation experience.
