Sustainability Data & Reporting Program Manager

to support climate-related measurement, management, and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) and carbon emissions. This role focuses on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process improvements to support sustainability initiatives. The position involves collaborating across teams, reporting GHG inventory, and driving energy efficiency projects.

Responsibilities:

Report GHG inventory data using Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards.Support data collection, validation, and surveys for emissions tracking.Consolidate and analyze emissions reduction initiatives across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.Benchmark sustainability standards (e.g., ESG, SASB, CDP, TCFD).Assist with audits, process improvements, and data-driven insights.Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office.Familiarity with Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting.3+ years of data analytics or research experience.2+ years of sustainability or GHG accounting experience.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and protocols.Public accounting or consulting experience.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
