Were looking for an AP Specialist who excels in SAP, process improvement, and financial control, bringing a proactive mindset to tackle complex issues and drive operational excellence.What You BringRequired ***** Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (Accounting preferred), OR 5+ years of Accounts Payable and expense management experience.Top ***** SAP ***** 2+ years working in SAP with a strong grasp of P2P processes, Vendor Master, and financial control concepts. Process ***** 2+ years experience in identifying and implementing improvements. MS Office ***** Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams. ***** Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail ***** Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Preferred ***** Hands-on experience with Concur or global travel and expense systems. Proven ability to learn quickly, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with a knack for building positive, productive relationships across teams. A proactive team player who thrives under pressure, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPayment Resolution, Credit Card & Expense ***** Research, analyze, and resolve payment exceptions, supporting a smooth payment process. Assist with month-end closing and reconciliation tasks. Serve as a primary troubleshooting resource for payment and expense-related issues.Reporting & ***** Perform monthly SOAR Reporting across the AP team.
