Who we’re looking for

The Lexus Central Area office, located in Naperville, IL, is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Allocation Administrator.

This role's primary responsibility is providing vehicle Allocation analysis and administrative support, processing and tracking all vehicle allocation estimates and dealer assignments, and prioritizing various projects for the Lexus Central Area Demand & Supply Department, all while acting with little supervision.

Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, the person in this role will be key in helping the Lexus Central Area and their 47 dealers throughout the Midwest obtain their annual sales plan goals.

What you’ll be doing

Requesting and posting the vehicle allocation estimate

Pulling and assigning special event vehicles

Pulling, processing, and assigning General Manager Pool (GMP), Market Rep, and sold order vehicles

Requesting and posting the allocation build book

Providing District Sales Managers with vehicle pull sheets and assisting with their questions

Sending and retaining allocation reports

Maintaining SOX compliance forms, ensuring accuracy and appropriate signatures

Main contact for any team member ordering a vehicle that will be delivered through an LCA dealership

Moving final vehicle allocations to dealer inventory pools

Finalizing/reconciling vehicle allocations

Processing Market Rep, GMP and Turndown trackers after each allocation

Maintain New Model Launch, Vehicle Special Purchase Program (VSPP), and Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Trackers

Assist the Demand & Supply Manager with vehicle order issues, reporting, and analysis

Main contact for all vehicle damage and transportation issues

Processing, maintaining, and communicating Market Rep, GMP, Lexus Customer Convenience Service (LCCS), Turndown, and any other Demand & Supply trackers after each allocation

Process all E to J flips (approx. 500+ yearly) – LCCS

Pull and assign (with appropriate accessories) all LCCS units

Main contact for all dealer and Field Traveler logistics and vehicle allocation questions

All Toyota Motor Sales (TMS) / Toyota Logistics Services misc. requests such as buybacks, vehicle accessory changes, etc.

What you bring

Bachelor’s Degree

Microsoft Office experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Logistics experience
