The FP&A Analyst will report directly to the FP&A Manager and will work closely with senior/executive leaders.Key Responsibilities: Provide insightful financial analysis and support for business operations across all management levels.Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.Prepare presentations for board and shareholder meetings, as well as monthly and quarterly leadership sessions.Conduct scenario modeling to facilitate portfolio growth and development.Analyze financial performance and assist management in understanding variances from plans.Develop and implement routine analytical reviews of financial and operational metrics.Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels and departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile:Seeking an eager, early-career professional who is ready to learn and grow within the organization. While experience in oil and gas is not mandatory, a background in manufacturing will be beneficial. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Skills and Competencies: Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with OneStream, SAP, and PowerBI is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of financial analysis experience.BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.CPA or MBA is a plus.
Compensation:Target salary range is $80k-$105k based on experience
