MUST:Active TS/SCI Government Security ClearanceExperienced Technical Subject Matter Expert10 plus years of technical subject matter expertise, demonstrated recently through direct program experience within the past 5 years, in one or more of the following subject areas:AI/ML, enterprise IT engineering and O&M (services, compute/store infrastructure, end points, etc.), network engineering and O&M, user experience design and UI development, Cloud, and DevSecOpsProven track record of leveraging broad technology expertise to develop technology solutions for AI/ML, Enterprise IT, DevSecOps, Cloud, Data, Application transformation and modernization, and CyberExperience working as a senior member of a strategic growth team to lead and develop technical solution architecturesExperience crafting technical responses, roadmaps, and custom solutions for National Security and/or Intelligence Community customers and missionsExpertise writing and reviewing whitepapers, proposal sections, and orals presentationsExcel building, leading, and empowering other technologistsExceptional written and oral communications skills including a strong ability to engage effectively with customer decision makers at all levels through presentations and interactive dialoguesHands-on expertise applying AI/ML to National Security missions highly preferredExperience with DHS, DOJ, and/or DOS customers, programs, and technology ecosystems highly preferredExperience with Basis of Estimate (BOE) development and the integration of technical solutions with pricing highly preferredExperience developing management, staffing, and past performance solutions and proposal responses highly preferredBachelor s degree in a science or technology field of study
DUTIES:Maintain a pulse on current and future portfoliosEngage across the operations, growth, and solutions excellence teams to craft technology strategiesContribute to top tier account plans and strategic opportunitiesDevelop white papers and pitches that support operations with organic growthProvide hands-on customer delivery and support across a wide variety of technical areasPartner with internal Research & Development teams to identify new and innovative use cases for AI/ML, DevSecOps, and software development workloadsServe as an industry SME speaking at events and publishing thought leadership piecesQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
