The HR Generalist will

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Manage full cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding.

Manage all aspects of employee benefits, disability, workers' compensation, and FMLA claims.

Process data for pre-boarding, onboarding, benefit administration, and timekeeping.

Coordinate and support the performance review process.

Identify and implement employee development initiatives.

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
The HR Generalist will possess

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on generalist responsibilities.

Experience in the public sector, nonprofit, or mental health is preferred.

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
