Plexus seeks an experienced Controller to manage Accounting Operations. In this role, you will take on full responsibility for overseeing all accounting processes and the integrity thereof, while also providing key financial insights to guide strategic decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reportsManage cash flow, accounts payable and accounts receivableEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and government reportingLead the coordination of audits, both internal and externalCollaborate with leadership to provide financial insights for business planning and growth strategiesSupervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance environment
RequiredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within a mid-to-large sized companyIn-depth understanding of financial regulations and audit proceduresProficiency in an ERP environment, accounting platforms and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skillsExceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
