If you're ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry, we'd love to have you on our team Position Summary You will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and profitable growth of the Low Voltage Equipment EOEM portfolio in North America As EOEM Advanced Product Owner you will be responsible for the EOEM portfolio through the entire lifecycle from roadmap planning to product maintenance The Product Owner is a key position in the Agile organization delivering value to the business and customers while maintaining a clear view on customer needs and what needs to get done You represent the customer and communicate the vision of the product within the Squad while also developing strategic alignment with key stakeholders You partner with League Leaders to set priorities, drive the strategic intent of the product, and maximize the value of work done with the Squad You create a conducive and collaborative environment through effective leadership Roles & Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to define & manage product strategy, roadmap, and drive priorities for cross functional development squads through ownership of the product backlog The role is focused on developing and deploying a robust marketing mix to deliver high value to our customers Develop and adapt the product vision, strategy, and roadmap Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to drive product roadmap and successful product launches Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product requirements Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and product updates, working closely with sales and marketing teams Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation Communicate and interact with senior leaders in Schneider Electric, product sponsors, stakeholders, and customers to understand the current and changing needs We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience. Qualifications 4 Year College degree with focus in Marketing, Engineering, or related field At least 5 years in product management or product ownership, preferably in the electrical industry or related domain Deep understanding of LV Equipment (Switchboard, Switchgear, Panelboard) market and experience with Panel Builder / EOEM go-to-market channel Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel & PPT Skills & Abilities Ability to positively influence, lead, and energize cross functional teams Ability to quickly learn marketing processes, market trends, and business offers/solutions Ability to analyze marketing activities and competitive environment to deliver high value products & features Ability to manage multiple projects/activities simultaneously High degree of initiative and pro-active management High level of technical aptitude, business acumen, and willingness to learn Open to change and must embrace continuous improvement Preferences At least 8 years in product management or product ownership, preferably in the electrical industry or related domain MBA Benefits Schneider Electric offers a robust benefits package to support our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave,401(k) match, and more Who will you report to?
