What you'll do:Polly is seeking a talented software engineer with a focus on front-end development to drive transformative initiatives in our hedging technology. In this role, you will:Lead and contribute to the design and development of user-facing features within our hedging platform.Collaborate closely with our AI/ML team to integrate advanced algorithms into the front-end, ensuring seamless user experiences.Design, implement, and test intuitive interfaces that allow users to interact with complex hedging strategies and data.Continuously improve and refine the front-end architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance the usability and functionality of our products.Mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise in front-end development and financial technology.Contribute to the technical vision of our hedging platform, driving innovation and excellence.Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and the highest quality standards are met.What you have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end technologiesProven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or ReactExperience working in SaaS environments, particularly within the financial technology sectorProficiency in TypeScriptKnowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and deployment toolsStrong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive designAbility to work effectively in a remote team environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExtras you bring to the table:
