Position Role Type: Contract/Part-TimeLocation: Tucson, AZ IT Support Analyst Job Description: The IT Support Analyst will support onsite work in a classified environment. In this role you will be responsible for project supports such as; cabling and installing, delivery of requests for service, IT asset management, deskside support, incident, problem and change management. This role will be onsite and remote in addition to supporting the corporate IT Help deskThe selected candidate will analyze and resolve complex software and hardware issues, provide user training and may assist with system upgrades and maintenance.Primary Qualifications:Able to communicate with colleagues across multiple areas (project managers, other technical resources, etc. on support issues that require problem escalation and additional oversight.Knowledge of and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques of the technical domain.Ability to manage, develop, and create supporting documentation of problem resolution findings to all support analysts and other support departments.Able to perform quality inspections on equipment and application configuration for remote customers support requirements.Willing to provide On site support working in a classified environment Onsite project task support - "Moves, Adds, Changes" cabling and installation Experience with Delivery of Requests for Service Experience with IT Asset Management Able to assist with 1st / 2nd Line Application support 1st / 2nd Line Infrastructure support Deskside support and supplementing the service desk where needed Addresses somewhat complex technical issues/problems using internal best practice and through collaboration with colleagues to identify advanced technical, Tier III support issues related to the FuelsManager® Defense software suite and route them accordingly.Develops solutions to technical problems that require depth of technical knowledge by identifying software discrepancies Analyzes process flows to determine / recommend possible business process changes and provides technical documentation for proposed solutions to other defense support teams and management.Experience with enterprise technologies such as Active Directory, SCOM, SCEP, SCCM, Citrix, CompTIA etc Required Skills, Experience & Education:Energy, focus, assertiveness, and diplomacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to diffuse and resolve conflict with good problem-solving techniques to achieve win/win outcomes Ability to focus on business value results, rather than solutions Technical aptitude, requirements management, and the ability to assess and articulate risk, issues and non compliance Background and drug screeningU.S. CitizenshipLocation- Tucson, AZ Compensation:Offering a competitive a wage Flexible work schedule Full-time schedules available 401K, Medical, and DentalTalon is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
