What You Will Be Doing:
Gathering all schedules and communicate with dispatcher of any daily incoming deliveriesAssisting dispatcher with drivers logs, trip records, inspection reports, load sheets, schedule jobsites, and PM service for all trucksTrack rack shipments and coordinating with customers for rack pickupsMaintain and update rack spreadsheet.
Skills You Bring:
Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labelsAbility to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
