Known for innovation and sustainability, they provide a values-driven, inclusive culture focused on professional growth, employee well-being, and environmental impact.Job DescriptionLead quarterly and annual forecast P&L processes, business insights, and reporting for executive leadership and ad hoc requests.Manage quarterly close processes, including consolidation, analysis, and reporting for internal management, Investor Relations, and SEC reporting.Supervise and mentor one direct report, supporting development and performance.Ensure compliance with company reporting controls and risk management.Identify and implement improvements for process efficiency and effectiveness.
