Salary/Hourly Rate:

Business Development Manager
for our Finance & Accounting (F&A) Staffing division. In this role, you will leverage your existing Finance & Accounting network, prospect for new staffing opportunities, and apply your sales expertise to secure competitive opportunities within the Finance & Accounting sector.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
Drive Finance & Accounting Staffing Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within NYCGenerate leads and market F&A staffing solutions through strategic cold and warm outreach, targeted campaigns, and networkingConduct consultative meetings with F&A stakeholders, including departmental leaders and HR/TA teams, to assess staffing needs and earn qualified F&A businessMeet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with F&A Subject Matter Experts:
Work closely with Divisional Leaders, Business Development Managers, and F&A Recruiters to uncover new opportunities and market trendsPartner with internal F&A SMEs to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clientsCoordinate with contributors for solution planning, pricing strategies, and proposal development
Stay Informed and Competitive:
Continuously update yourself on Atrium's F&A staffing solutions and competitive advantagesDevelop a deep understanding of our F&A services portfolio to effectively represent Atrium in client interactions
Engage in Industry Events:
Represent Atrium at local F&A industry events, conferences, and networking functionsBuild relationships with F&A professionals, F&A partners, and potential clients to enhance Atrium's market presence
Qualifications for the Business Development Manager:
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in F&A business development, with a proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales quotas in the F&A sectorSkills: Strong ability to manage multiple prospects and proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced F&A environment. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections are essentialEducation Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredPhysical Requirements:
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods, with occasional travel between offices to industry events and meetings as neededBenefits:
