The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for research and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Working as a lead you will support growth and business transformation to contribute to the TCS strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to the North America BPS ECBO team includes:•Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.•Think strategically-setting aims and objectives to develop the business.•Develop relationships with customers/clients.•To develop and maintain senior level relationship within target market/existing account
team to maximize sales opportunities.•Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan.•For preparation and submission of proposal, working with offshore in accordance with
BPS engagement model.•Ad hoc contribution to BPO/BPS global sales initiatives and opportunities
Qualifications:
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:•At least 15+ years of experience in the BPO and/or Shared Services industry in running
RFP/RFQ market.•Experience of managing large BPO proposals (especially in finance & accounting) from initiation to closure•Experience of navigating complex internal organizations to locate and leverage
competencies in the best way in solutions and proposals.•Commercial acumen and knowledge of competitive price points•Deep domain knowledge in Finance & accounting,•Good to have experience in HR, Procurement and CEM•Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to
advise others about them.
Salary Range: $126,000 - $197,200 a year
