Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.What You'll DoUsing good judgment and clinical reasoning, conduct thorough assessments following practice standards.Identify patient and family needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly.
