About the Role
We're looking for a talented Lead QA Engineer to join our Engineering team. You'll have an opportunity to play a key role in our company's growth initiatives on our Funnel Optimization Team.
What You'll Do
Provide thought leadership in evolution of our test automation frameworks from the ground up into a continuous integration continuous deployment continuous delivery modelOwn and deliver test automation scripts in service to our core revenue offering product featuresProvide oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other engineering within their scrum teamUse your seasoned modern-day engineering methodologies to help drive testing and coordinate with scrum team and functional counterparts in overseeing bug tracking, test prioritization, test automation and releaseProactively pushes for instrumentation that enables production troubleshootingLeads medium to large projects. Full ownership of system/component /End to End quality from development to productionDrives definition and implementation of key quality metrics (test coverage, test reliability, defects, etc) for productAbout You
8+ years of test automation experienceHands-on experience writing test automation scripts in JavaScript and Java programming languagesExpertise in Java, JS, and PythonExperience in CICD methodologies and toolsExperience testing RESTful API applications and Web ServicesHands-on experience and familiarity with test frameworks and tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Chai, Selenium, Cypress, UIRunner, and JmeterExperience with designing test cases and test scenarios to test softwareProficiency and familiarity in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and PythonExperience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL and strong knowledge of SQLExperience in working with distributed systems, understanding of micro services and web architectures, strong debugging and analytical skills, and strong problem-solving skillsEffectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner and ability to coordinate cross-team effortsBachelor or master's degree in Computer Sciences or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered); or equivalent work experience

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

CompensationThe target base salary range for this position is 147,000-173,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity ,
and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
