Essential Functions:
Estimate cost and deliver proposals
High level of autonomy in decision-makingConduct pre-proposal walkthroughs of potential customer sitesBuild scope of work to meet customer expectationsEstimate cost, price accordingly to competitive landscapeClarify customer questionsWork with internal PM's and BUL's to maximize JLCS multitrade potentialComplete RFP documentationNegotiate terms for acceptanceManage customer relationship for renewal
Conduct, with Ops Manager, customer reviews based on client per scheduleAddress any and all customer concernsEngage with primary customer contact pointsReview scope and pricing at time of renewalPrice and provide for scope changes per customer requestMonitor Omni to ensure awareness of upcoming renewalsUpsell additional services provided by division and companyEnsure complete customer satisfactionBill all contract cleaning at the first of the monthBill all transactional work weeklyCustomer Service
Facility set up in audit systemConduct audits of all accounts per scheduleEngage with customers on site to ensure an exceptional customer experienceSchedule all accountsCreate work ordersBe the SME (Subject Matter Expert)Competencies Required
