Job Description Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist Location : Charlotte, NC Job Duration : 04 Months Contract Job Description: • lign with the Sr. HR Business Partner or Sr. HR Manager and leaders of assigned business units to assist in the delivery of organizational business and workforce strategies to improve organization effectiveness, including talent acquisition and employee performance. • Partner with management to improve employee job performance through change initiatives, performance management programs, career development planning, employee relations efforts and other professional tasks as required. • Support staffing activities by partnering with the Talent Acquisition leader and hiring managers in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities for assigned requisitions. • Work closely with HR team to ensure successful design, deployment and sustainability of various HR programs and processes. • ssist Sr. HRBP or Sr. HR Manager with employee relations issues as needed Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (Business or HR-related major preferred) or equivalent experience in HR 7-9 years of progressive Generalist experience. Ideal candidate is able to mostly operate independently with guidance from Sr. Manager and be willing to occasionally do entry level generalist activities; including but not limited to interview scheduling, daily Workday inputs, etc. Professional HR certification preferred Demonstrated success in providing solutions to employee relations concerns of simple to medium-complexity with minimal guidance. Experience supporting organizations across multiple locations and/or time zones preferred Experience working in highly matrixed organizations preferred
