SUMMARY We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and support overall business goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven, and adept at managing multiple digital channels effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, PPC, SEO, and display advertising. Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and high-quality creative assets for digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and email newsletters. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, values, and objectives. Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create content calendars, schedule posts, engage with the audience, and analyze social media metrics to enhance performance. SEO and SEM: Collaborate on SEO strategies, keyword research, and implementation. Manage PPC campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for maximum ROI. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools. Generate regular reports, provide insights, and recommend strategies for improvement. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and product development to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Stay Updated: Keep up with (and share with your team) digital trends and digital marketing tools and best practices. Implement new technologies and strategies to drive innovation and growth. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Starter experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and social media. Proficiency in digital publishing tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop), and general knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Semsrush, and social media management platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment. Certification in digital marketing is a plus. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
