In this pivotal role, you will focus on identifying operational risks and developing a robust framework for monitoring controls within the operations business. As part of the First Line of Defense function, you will build trusted relationships with business leaders and risk partners to ensure risk profiles are effectively understood and managed. Your key responsibilities will include: Establishing and overseeing operational risk policies. Independently assessing risks and formulating action plans to address root causes of operational risk losses. Governance and oversight of GPMP formation and MCA standard implementation. We seek candidates with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in operational and compliance risk management.
