Gastroenterology Physician

Location: PennsylvaniaSpecialty: GastroenterologyPosition Details:* Role Type: Full-Time, 24-hour Call Coverage Only (7 a.m. - 7 a.m.)* Schedule: Minimum of 7 days per month; full-time availability preferred, including weekends* Estimated Monthly Shifts: 30 days* On-Site Requirements: Hospital call coverage, consults, and procedures with daily rounding (1-2 hours)* Support Staff: Dedicated APP (inpatient services, consults, rounding, follow-ups) and an anesthesiologist available for sedation* EMR System: EpicRequirements:* Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology* Experience: Minimum of 5 years (ERCP experience preferred)* Licensure: Active Pennsylvania medical license* Certifications: ACLS, BLS* DEA: RequiredJob Responsibilities:* Call Coverage: 24-hour call with a 30-minute response time* Patient Admissions: 5-10 admissions daily* Daily Encounters: Roughly 15 patient encounters per shift between APP and physician* Typical Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD, PEGs, and ERCP (preferred)* Patient Demographic: 100% adultTo Apply:If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV to be considered.
