Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Clinic Geriatrics - $105 per hour

TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Clinic Geriatrics for a locum tenens job in Palmdale, California.Job Description & Requirements* Specialty: Geriatrics* Discipline: Nurse Practitioner* Duration: 13 weeks* Employment Type: Locum TenensJob Details:- Pay: $105 Hr.- Coverage dates: ASAP- 3 Months with high likelihood of extension- Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:30a-5:00p - with alternating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). Will have days off during week while working weekend shift.- No Call- Type of Patients/Cases: Outpatient Internal Medicine; includes cold/flu, diabetes management, chronic conditions; familiarity with Kaiser's practices preferred- Patients per shift: 3 Scheduled Patients per hour with 2 blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient. Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits;- EMR: Epic- Support Staff: Dedicated LVN's and MA's- Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 90 DaysRequirements:- Active unrestricted CA License & Furnishing License- Active BLS certifications- Minimum 3 years of experience- Board Certified- Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.TheraEx Staffing Services - APP Job ID #166011.
