Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Workday Project Manager for a top media/entertainment client. This person will be responsible for the optimization, standardization, harmonization, and support of an enterprise Workday Payroll system. They will oversee project scope and roadmap, creating detailed high-level project plans, and identifying areas where the technology can be maximized. Additionally, they will develop and implement standardized payroll procedures within Workday across all business entities to ensure uniformity. This person will communicate with third-party project partners, internal stakeholders, and technical/functional Workday resources to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. They must be a strong communicator, as they will be presenting to executives on a regular basis.

Skills and Requirements
5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager
3-5 years of experience supporting an enterprise-level Workday Payroll System
Experience creating presentations for high-level executives about project status
Strong understanding of Workday Payroll terminology to effectively communicate with technical/functional Workday resources
Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders and third-party project partners null
