Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus and has excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills in both.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
Document Translation: Translate documents, emails, and communications between English and Spanish is a plus.
Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, providing professional and courteous assistance in both languages.
Data Entry & Filing: Accurately enter data into company systems, maintain files, and organize office materials.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and manage logistics for appointments.
Office Management: Monitor office supplies, handle inventory, and ensure common areas are organized.
Special Projects: Support various projects as needed, including event coordination and report preparation.
