A client of ours in the manufacturing industry located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position is responsible for supporting the sales department with order entry, order follow up, customer relations, and administrative responsibilities. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Support business-to-business sales and application support of commercial, intuitional, health care and industrial heating / ventilating / air conditions (HVAC) equipment from partner companies
Interact with a wide range of facilities, clients, contractors and engineers
Build and maintain customer relationships
Read floor plans and specifications for many different types of facilities
Enter sales orders and process orders accordingly
Follow up with customers and providing ETA and information regarding deadlines
