Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Mechanical Assembler to join our team.
This role involves assembling or disassembling mechanical or printed board components, ensuring compliance with GMP and FDA regulations, and maintaining a clean work area.
No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in mechanical assembly.
1st Shift, 6am to 3:30pm
Responsibilities
Assemble or disassemble mechanical or printed board components.
Collect data on daily status and yields.
Perform rework of printed circuit boards as needed.
Set up and shut down equipment, including performing minor operator calibrations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform simple procedures on a PC, such as retrieving files, entering data, and saving files.
Understand and comply with GMP and FDA regulations as they pertain to assembly.
Essential Skills
Ability to speak and read English.
Basic PC skills, including file retrieval, data entry, and saving files.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma.
3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing preferred but not required.
Experience with the MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of FDA, ISO, OSHA regulations.
Basic understanding of manufacturing systems, including documentation, compliance, inventory control, and production scheduling/controls.
