Description & RequirementsManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Manager III to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment. Ensuring products adhere to quality standards. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products. Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of products. Tracking products through the development process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct. Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products, ensuring the products are up to requirements and user needs. Identifying process improvement opportunities and software development risk reduction activities. Supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business field and nine (9) years of position-relevant work experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Project. Experience in a Government QA project environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing quality management with software development and IT service management projects. Relevant industry standard certifications such as Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt or PMP.Experience auditing to external quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 20000, AS9100, and CMMI development. Experience with peer reviews and process auditing. Experience collecting and analyzing metrics. Experience with development of Cyber Tools and Capabilities. Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.
