Description & Requirements

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Tester III to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Designing test scenarios for software usability, running these tests, and preparing reports on the software's effectiveness and defects for the Development Team.Identifying and logging issues that occur during an application's run time and providing regular updates on the issues found, including their causes and possible resolutions.Documenting the steps to reproduce defects, associated test data, and other relevant information.Conducting regression testing to ensure there are no additional bugs or issues caused by the fixes implemented and performing thorough testing by covering all test cases to ensure the application works as intended.Examining logs carefully to identify issues and conduct a thorough analysis to determine their underlying causes.Taking direction from senior personnel and supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.Minimum

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and nine (9) years of position-specific relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Software Development.4 years of experience in an Agile development environment.DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.Experience with automated test platforms such as Selenium.Clearance Requirements:

Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a PolyPhysical Requirements:

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
