Senior Test Lead
to join our team in the
Fort Meade, Maryland
area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leading and managing the software testing efforts of an Agile Product Team.Creating and executing test plans, ensuring the quality of software releases, and identifying and reporting any defects or issues.Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, to ensure all software is tested thoroughly and meets the required quality standards.Mentoring and coaching junior testers and providing guidance on best practices in software testing.Maintaining and utilizing extensive experience in application and systems testing.Mentoring and supervising subordinate project staff.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT-related discipline.Nine or more (9+) years of position-specific relevant experience.DoD 8570.01-m Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.Without a bachelors degree, four (4) additional years of experience are requiredWith an Associate's degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are requiredCandidates with a Masters degree are credited with 2 additional years of experienceCandidates with a PhD are credited with 4 additional years of experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Software Development.Four or more (4+) years of experience in an Agile development environment.Experience with automated test platforms such as Selenium.Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the timeMust be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnelConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $102,700.00-$170,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
