Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will provide financial support to the Planning Procurement Strategy Meeting (PPSM) of contract acquisitions. You will be responsible for coordinating and composing financial support documentation in AMS. You will assist BFM in configuration management with Branch BFR and BOD budget packages to help justify and defend program requirements You will coordinate, compose, and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) utilizing NERP financial system, to include proper documentation for processing PRs to execute in ERP (i.e., reimbursable, contracts, direct cite, etc.) You will respond to taskers from Comptroller for DON/OSD/PB budget exhibits, Congressional Staffer questions, Resource Sponsor questions, and any budget related questions regarding the Continuing Resolution Authority (CRA), contract awards, etc. You will assist and provide input to Tri-Annual Reviews, Mid-year and Year-End Closeout. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band (NH-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing financial management and analysis by identifying, analyzing and resolving budgetary or financial constraints to develop alternative methods of funding or formulating annual or multi-year budget estimates for programs. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
