The RGM journey varies by markets as each market is at a different starting point regarding their RGM capability. The Global Director of RGM is an individual contributor role and is responsible for supporting the Global Head of RGM, leading, and championing this journey with Regional/Market RGM leads by driving financial impact and building capabilities that will lead to sustainable profitable growth. RGM; inclusive of key Enablers (People, Process and Tools) and our RGM Levers (Pricing, Trade Architecture, Trade Investment Optimization, Mix Management, and Insights driven PPA).
Technical Knowledge

RGM analytics tools, advanced proficiency in advanced data & data analysis.
Job Purpose
Key priority to accelerate business performance aimed at gaining more consumers, increasing net sales, achieving consistent margin improvements, and expanding market share across global geographies.
Lead and shape the RGM transformation roadmap and strategic growth initiatives for some of the world’s most exciting global brands.
Bring the outside in when it comes to commercial strategy (5 RGM Levers etc) and translate into plans to be deployed in partnership with BUs / Markets.
Responsibilities / Activities:
Act as a trusted advisor and serve as an RGM SME to design, implement and scale RGM strategies and plans for our brands across global geographies with key stakeholders.
Understanding of statistical modeling and elasticity computations. Proficiency in conducting simulations and building/automating models that support decisions with the RGM 5 levers.
Collaborate with digital-commerce teams to develop RGM strategies for digital-commerce opportunities.
Own and oversees the rollout, adoption, change management and impact of activities associated with RGM products and services / strategic projects.
Co-develop the Global RGM capability development roadmap, including playbooks, analytical tools, governance models, and integration into the business planning cycle & WoW with our markets.
Active member of Mondelez’s global RGM network, importing and exporting best practices.
Support the development and execution of RGM training and certification to upskill colleague RGM acumen and application of skills leading to sharper and more holistic business decisions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Required/Master’s Degree
10+ years commercial & analytics experience, in both FMCG & consultancy firms, with the last 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Knowledge of the latest technologies and tools to aid RGM analytics and decision making.
Ability and agility to drive and lead / manage cross-functional project.
Candidate must have Power BI/Tableau and/or Python experience
