Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of accounting experience and a love for big data and bigger challenges.
Techie Skills:

ERP systems? Been there, done that (Sage, NetSuite, Dynamics or similar).

Responsibilities
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger by analyzing and reconciling account balances.
Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with precision and timeliness.
Perform detailed account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring financial data aligns with company policies and procedures.
Prepare, review, and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and internal controls.
Handle and analyze large datasets to identify trends, errors, or anomalies.
Support data validation and integrity efforts to enhance reporting accuracy.
Prepare financial reports and analyses for management, highlighting significant variances
Ensure adherence to company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
