Contract Role: 3 months
Requirements:
Previous experience in materials or inventory control, preferably within a scientific or chemistry-based manufacturing setting.
working knowledge of ERP systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
Excellent math skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with GMPs, product specifications, and incoming inspection procedures.
Effective verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teammates.
Forklift or Powered Industrial Truck experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Familiarity with inventory control procedures and materials handling.

Execute inventory control functions with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Conduct cycle counts and manage warehouse transfer transactions.
Maintain compliance with all established procedures and protocols.
Assist with storekeeping and inventory management tasks as required.
Utilize ERP systems and other software for inventory tracking, spreadsheets, and documentation.
Ensure proper handling and inspection of incoming inventory in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and product specifications.
Interface effectively with cross-functional teams to support inventory control activities.
