Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team on a long-term contract. This role involves handling escalations from the Tier 1 helpdesk team, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes using Active Directory, and collaborating with various teams including the NOC and User Administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle escalations from the Tier 1 helpdesk team.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes using Active Directory.
Collaborate with the NOC and User Administration teams.
Provide on-site white glove support for the majority of issues.
Resolve some tickets remotely.
Perform hardware support responsibilities.
