Sr. Manager Food Quality Assurance

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Manager of Food Quality Assurance on behalf of one of the worlds leading casual dining restaurant companies with over 1600 global restaurants. This person will report to the Director of QA and be responsible for specific product categories to ensure compliance to food specification, safety, and manufacturing. They will work closely with vendors to develop and approve processes to ensure world class food standards are being held. Required Skills & Experience- Bachelors degree and/or graduate degree in Food Science or related field.- 5+ years of food QA experience at a corporate chain restaurant brand- Expertise in sourcing and qualifying suppliers from multiple food categories Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Certifications/knowledge of: HACCP, GFSI, IFT, NRA, CFP, ServSafe Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
