Job Title: Quality Control InspectorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to conduct detailed inspections of cables, harnesses, and various metal products according to released drawings. The role involves electrical testing of harnesses and cables, providing feedback to vendors on issues, and meeting daily inspection requirements as per the schedule. The inspector will also maintain and record inspection documentation, create and release Corrective Action Reports (CARs), and perform light electrical/mechanical rework on harnesses, cables, and metal products. Travel to vendors and other locations may be necessary.ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed inspection of cables, harnesses, and various metal products to released drawings.Perform electrical tests on harnesses and cables.Provide feedback to vendors on cable, harness, and metal issues.Meet daily inspection requirements according to the released schedule.Maintain and record inspection documentation.Create and release Corrective Action Reports (CARs).Perform light electrical/mechanical rework on harnesses, cables, and metal products.Travel to vendors and other locations as necessary.Essential SkillsExperience in inspection, quality control, and quality assurance.Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gages, and blueprint reading.General labor and assembly experience.Knowledge of electrical systems, harnesses, mechanical components, cables, and metal products.Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsIPC620 Certification is a plus.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team where attention to detail and quality are paramount.
