Final Assembler
Job Description
As a Final Assembler, you will meticulously and precisely assemble components into a final product by following detailed work instructions and blueprints. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all parts fit correctly and perform optimally.
Responsibilities
Fit cable harnesses, circuit cards, and components into chassis neatly and within tolerance.
Complete discreet wiring into chassis by soldering and lugging.
Utilize correct torqueing tools and apply the correct torque during assembly.
Mix, weigh, and apply appropriate bonding chemicals to electronic components.
Maintain J-Standard certifications.
Utilize computers to access and input data on the ERP system, Quality system, and other manufacturing software.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support business goals and objectives.
Essential Skills
Experience in assembly, mechanical assembly, and electrical work.
Ability to read and comprehend work and process instructions, wire diagrams, and standard measurements.
Fine manual dexterity.
Ability to operate various machines and hand tools.
Demonstrates high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as a team player within a small team.
Enjoys repetitive and routine work.
