Position Summary/Objective:

Professional Bull Riders (PBR) is seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager with a passion for the sports and entertainment industry. The Project Manager will work closely with internal departments and external partners to manage creative and logistical aspects of PBR events, from ideation through to final delivery. This role will be responsible for ensuring timelines, resources, and budgets are meticulously managed, enabling a seamless execution of events across multiple platforms including digital, social, and on-site environments.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and experienced in handling complex logistics in high-stakes, fast-moving environments. This role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders across different locations and time zones. Experience in project management within the sports or events industries is preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related requests and requirements from the PBR events team.Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for creative and operational elements, ensuring each stage is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to translate event goals into actionable project plans, complete with schedules, resource requirements, and budgets.Actively coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and creative resources to ensure that deliverables align with PBR's brand standards.Facilitate regular team meetings, briefings, and brainstorming sessions, ensuring alignment and consistent communication across departments.Proactively resolve scheduling or workflow conflicts that could impact project timelines or quality.Track and report on project progress, identifying areas for process improvement or resource reallocation as needed.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and adapt to shifting priorities.Excellent time management and self-motivation, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.Experience with Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar project management tools.Ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different teams and time zones.A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.Passion for sports and an interest in delivering unique, impactful experiences.Education & Formal Training:

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Project Management - preferredQualification & Experience:

2-4 years of project management experience within the sports, entertainment, or events industries.Proven ability to oversee a range of creative and operational projects, particularly within event-driven settings.Experience managing diverse creative resources such as designers, copywriters, photographers, and other content creators.Strong understanding of brand, campaign, and event-driven initiatives, ideally with experience in event-specific logistics.Working Conditions:
