As a Management and Program Analyst, you will :
Engage in knowledge sharing, streamlined operations and efficient program delivery across regional and HQ offices.Ensure continuous improvement in operations and program effectiveness.Collect, analyze, and consolidate data to assess resource needs, and alignment with goals. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses in collaboration with regional and HQ program offices.Review and edit documents, draft reports, and presentations. Represent TRS on interagency groups.Develop Contract Requirements to support Regional Services programs and projects. Serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to manage contract tasks.The ideal candidate is an accomplished and strategic professional,
the ideal candidate drives operational planning, excels in data analysis, and demonstrates expertise in contract management. With a robust analytical capability and a history of successfully navigating complex issues, this candidate significantly contributes to agency efficiency and effectiveness.
