Key Responsibilities:
Assemble vents and ventilation system components using hand tools, and assembly equipment. Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or discrepancies. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Record production data and complete the required documentation accurately. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
Experience:
No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of hand and tools. Ability to follow instructions and work within a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Capability to lift as needed.
