with for an exciting new full time opportunity with a reputable health system in South Carolina! We are looking for a candidate with an IT / IS background, ideally. You would report directly to the VP of HR.
HRIS Manager Job Summary:
The HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational functions of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role focuses on enhancing system performance, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing HR processes through the effective use of Oracle HCM. The HRIS Manager will lead a team of HRIS analysts, driving accountability and continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.
HRIS Manager Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in HCM application administration at the enterprise-level and prior hands-on experience in leading, configuring and troubleshooting, preferably within a healthcare environment. Experience managing HRIS implementation projects or upgrades. Prior experience in Oracle HCM with Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Performance modules, including integrations is required. Minimum three (3) years' experience in leading high-functioning teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong technical background in system integration and data management. Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and leadership levels. Strong detailed and conceptual thinking skills to analyze complex problems and propose solutions. Ability to develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and end-users, providing expertise in a manner that motivates and improves outcomes. High degree of project management and change management expertise Preferred Qualifications:
HRIS-related certifications (e.g., Certified Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, PHR, SPHR). Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Education/Certifications/Licenses:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
