Duration: 24 months

The HRIS Program Manager will lead and manage HR Projects that support the business goals of Children's National Hospital and drive organizational success. This position will collaborate with Human Resources leaders, Operational business leaders, key stakeholders and other project teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of HR initiatives and programs.

The HRIS Program Manager will support HR various system upgrades, Configurations, User Acceptance testing and other technical projects as assigned. The HRIS Program Manager should be a data-driven, analytical, highly organized self-starter and comfortable working in system administration, configuration and deployment of new system functionality.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

Manages projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate awareness and utilization. Utilizes HR data and analytics to assess project impact, measure program effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvementBuilds project plans and ensures adherence to schedule and other specifications. Takes action consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management on program effectiveness and outcomes.Partner with Chief People Officer and the Human Resources team to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budgetPartner with People Analytics Manager to prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.Data Management and Reporting

Manage technical/functional HRIS projects, including researching and designing enhancement opportunities, user accessibility, content updates and data quality.Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.Maintains HRIS system tables and configuration.Documents processes and results.Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools.Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing client needs.Develops data integrity protocols and security controls between HR, finance, and other internal departments.

System Optimization and Problem Resolution

Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS data/process issues, performing scheduled activities, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.Works closely with HR to understand user requirements to identify configuration and data changes that enable the strategy and day-to-day tasks of HR and the organization.Identifies enhancement opportunities and supports technical projects to improve the HRIS user experience and technical capability of HRIS.Recommends process/user experience improvements and innovative solutions for appropriate leadership approval.Tracks and analyzes HR systems performance metrics, enhancement requests, and application issues.Utilizes leading practices to effectively anticipate, prioritize, analyze, and articulate problems, evaluate and document problem alternatives, manage constraints, and suggest interim and long-term solutions.

Qualifications:Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience (Required)Master's Degree Human Resources, MIS, Business Administration or other related field (Preferred)

Minimum Work Experience5 years Progressive HR related experience (Required)1 year Supervisory or 2 years administration/team leader experience in related job function. (Preferred)

Required Skills/KnowledgeStrong project management, delegation and prioritization skills.Strong analytical, process and problem solving skills.Familiarity with HR policies, procedures and practices.Ability to effectively address customer concerns while maintaining adherence to standards.Broad systems exposure to HRIS systems (i.e., PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle Cloud, Workday, etc.)High proficiency with MS Office, including but not limited to Excel and Access.Excellent written and verbal communication and training skills.
