Job Title:

Senior HRIS Analyst (240002LE)Description:The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with HR program managers and their clients to analyze work processes and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This position serves as a technical/functional systems expert and assists with ensuring data integrity, implementing and testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HR upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. The Senior HRIS Analyst should be a data-driven, analytical, highly organized self-starter and comfortable working in system administration.Qualifications:Minimum Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required, plus six years of HR department experience or equivalent training and experience.Minimum Work Experience:Six or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas: information technology, HRIS administration, data analytics.Functional Accountabilities:Data Management and Reporting:Manage technical/functional HRIS tasks, including researching and designing enhancement opportunities, user accessibility, content updates, and data quality.Perform system maintenance, including assisting with or completing the review, testing, and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches.Maintain HRIS system tables and configuration.Document processes and results.Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools.Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing client needs.Develop data integrity protocols and security controls between HR, finance, and other internal departments.User Support & Experience:Provide technical expertise and support for the HR systems.Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.Train clients on new processes/functionality and new system users.System Optimization and Problem Resolution:Provide production support, including researching and resolving HRIS data/process issues.Work closely with HR to understand user requirements to identify configuration and data changes.Identify enhancement opportunities and support technical projects to improve the HRIS user experience.Recommend process/user experience improvements for appropriate leadership approval.Track and analyze HR systems performance metrics and application issues.Utilize leading practices to effectively anticipate, prioritize, analyze, and articulate problems.Project Management:Manage projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience.Build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and specifications.Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.Primary Location:
