Job Description - HRIS Analyst (240002LD)DescriptionThe HR Analyst will be responsible to perform various data audits, reporting, analytical and system administrative duties in support of Human Resources Information Management (HRIM).QualificationsMinimum EducationBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field is required plus five years in HR department experience or equivalent training and experience. (Preferred)
Minimum Work Experience5 years as a System Administrator in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle or SAP database preferred), five years of experience in data analysis. (Required)Functional AccountabilitiesData Management and ReportingAssist users with extracting HR/Payroll records from various HRIS applications.Research, prepare reports and system documentation materials; respond to data requests and create reports as needed; provide data analysis.Prepare and distribute monthly, annual and adhoc reports.Research data entry issues and respond appropriately to resolve.Ensure integrity and security of employee data.Assist with the daily administration of PeopleSoft applications and improve the quality and usability of the data and system.User Support & ExperienceProvide first level support for all end users.Provide functional support for all HRIS applications (i.e., PeopleSoft, Taleo, Cornerstone, etc.).Assist in the development of SOP & Training resources for ongoing client needs.System Optimization and Problem ResolutionResearch, support, troubleshoot HRIS system issues.Assist the HR team in identifying issues, probable solutions, and delivery of HRIS application solutions that are practical and effective in supporting the CNMC mission.Assist the HR team in the research, evaluation, planning, and implementation of new HRIS modules that will enhance the functionality of HR systems.Project ManagementAssist the HR team in the research, evaluation, planning, and implementation of new PeopleSoft modules that will enhance the functionality of HRIS systems.Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.Primary Location:
