Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including hardware malfunctions and software bugs.Troubleshoot and fix network-related issues.Provide technical support to clients and internal staff regarding IT inquiries.Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates and system backups, to ensure data integrity.Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve complex technical issues.Train end-users on system functionality, best practices, and security protocols.Assist with the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.Troubleshoot, work on, and fix clients' camera systems.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the IT space.Requirements

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role, with a focus on Networking and User Administration.Strong knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
