Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and deliver Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions data model, customize and configure applications, and integrate Salesforce with other systems. This role involves APEX development, creating Lightning Web Components, and following agile practices to ensure seamless functionality while adhering to security protocols and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to meet business needs.

• Design, document, and review functional and system specifications.

• Develop workflows, APEX classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.

• Create integrations using Salesforce APIs with legacy systems.

• Conduct code reviews and make technical adjustments as needed.

• Configure platform settings, including objects, fields, and permission sets.

• Generate reports, dashboards, and manage data efficiently.

• Develop data models, dimension models, and tables using Informatica ETL tools.

• Collaborate with administrators on release cycles to deploy updates.

• Produce accurate time and resource estimates for tasks.

• Follow Salesforce best practices and align with the \"no code, low code, custom\" philosophy.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and implement test-driven development.

• Protect sensitive data, including PHI, PII, and PCI, through robust security practices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions configuration and customization.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models and workflows.

• Proficiency in APEX development, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.

• Experience with Salesforce API integrations.

• Familiarity with Informatica ETL tools for data modeling and management.

• Understanding of Salesforce security best practices for handling sensitive data.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with test-driven development.

• Strong documentation and estimation skills.

• Familiarity with Salesforce release cycle processes.
