ECHO is seeking an IT Support Technician! This role focuses on ensuring user productivity and enhancing computing experiences by effectively identifying and resolving issues, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document user system issues through effective use of ticketing system and other available tools.Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction in every step of the delivery.Train users to use technology that is required for their job.Prioritize work and multitask efficiently to manage and resolve all incoming user support issues.Provide complete follow-through to successful ticket resolution or escalate to appropriate support administrator.Collaborate with other IT staff and vendor support resources to resolve requests.Install, provision, support, configure, evaluate, maintain, monitor, secure, and analyze systems and software in a client/server network environment.Evaluate and identify areas for process and workflow improvements, bringing those suggestions to the team for review and consensus.Assist in project related work as needed.Other duties as assigned by Manager.Job Experience/Skills:
2+ years of experience in computer systems support.Understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile computing platforms and their hardware and software.Working knowledge in Microsoft Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory.Strong reasoning and troubleshooting skills.Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies.Exhibits persistence, diligence, consistency, and responsibility in daily work.Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.Ability to establish and maintain rapports and interact with various levels of professionals.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable and capable working both independently and as a team.Possess strong initiative and effective organizational skills.
Education:
Some college preferred or High School graduate with applicable experience and certifications.
