Senior Graphic Designer
to join our dynamic team. In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our creative vision and driving exceptional results across multiple print and digital touchpoints, such as POP and merchandising, field marketing assets, trade show graphics and more! Lead Design Projects:
Manage and execute creative design projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to create visual assets that simplify and effectively communicate complex technical concepts in an engaging and accessible way.Brand Consistency:
Strengthen and support the company's visual identity by ensuring all design work adheres to established standards while evolving in line with our brand values and vision.Conceptualize & Create:
Develop a wide range of visual assets across digital, print, and environmental platforms, including product catalogs, packaging, advertisements, social media content, presentations, and more.Innovative Solutions:
Offer creative strategic solutions by staying on top of current design trends and emerging technologies, while applying industry best practices.Mentor & Guide:
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and ensure they deliver high-quality work.Quality Control:
Oversee the quality and accuracy of design materials, including production files, proofs, and digital assets, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.Time Management:
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple design projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Job Experience/Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead designer role.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.). Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work across digital and print mediums, with a focus on technical design, branding and corporate communications.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, polished design work that aligns with project goals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and present to stakeholders at all levels.Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to tackle complex design challenges, balancing creativity with functionality.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, visual arts or related field.
Travel:
Up to 25% domestic and international travel is required for this role.
