Job Summary
:We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Specialist to manage and optimize our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with managing an HRIS with a preference for experience utilizing UKG Pro to streamline people processes. This role will also create metrics and dashboards to provide insight into organizational efficiency. A successful candidate will ensure the smooth functionality of HR systems, drives data accuracy, and provides critical insights to support strategic HR and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
:Maintain and manage the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.Develop and run reports and dashboards using UKG Pro and preferred analytics tools like IBM Cognos Analytics or Power BI.Create and document processes, workflows, and system configurations.Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to implement system upgrades and customizations.Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights, supporting talent management, payroll, and compliance initiatives.Provide training and technical support to HR team members and end-users.Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for resolutions.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience with utilizing HRIS platforms. Experience using UKG Pro is preferred.Proficiency in IBM Cognos Analytics , Power BI, or similar tools for data visualization and reporting a plus.Experience with database management and query languages is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and project management skills.
